FOSC COVID-19 Policy

The Fair Oaks Soccer Club (FOSC) has updated its COVID plan for Fall 2022.

SIMPLIFIED PROCESS

This Code of Conduct applies to all Coaches, Administrators, Volunteers, Team Staff, Team Managers, Players and Parents.

1. If you or your child are sick or have symptoms of an illness:

• Stay home. Stay home regardless of what is causing your illness.
• Test for COVID. If you are confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19 practice self-quarantine measures.

2. WAIT until your symptoms are gone before returning to practice.

3. If you are the coach and your kid is sick, have your assistant run practice. Let your team know the reason for your absence.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KID TO PRACTICE IF SHE/HE IS NOT FEELING WELL.
